Bibliography

This isn’t a standard Bibliography. A standard bibliography lists sources specifically referenced in the body of the argument.  But writers owe a debt to many sources not referenced. So I include influences as well, in part out of duty, but more because they are exciting thinkers and I want to share them with you.
