Book 2 and 3 have presented two different frames from which to consider talent within an enterprise. Taken one at a time, each is incomplete. Together they start to add up to a true model for enterprise talent. It is a model in which the enterprise acts as a broker between two customers – the question remains, how to balance the needs of both customers?
